As Administrative Specialist for Round Rock Honey, you will handle our daily office needs, phone calls, and in-house sales for the company. We are looking for someone Monday through Friday, from approximately 10am-3pm with an expected 25-30 hours or work per week.
Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
POS/customer service/facing in gift shop, taking and returning calls/messages for office, making tour and class reservations, general paperwork and light tax filing/coding, corresponding with corporate accounts and logistics, office housekeeping and organization, office supply management, making and confirming appointments/meetings, financial deposits and withdrawals, occasional employee scheduling, and other general office related tasks.
