These hive stands are custom-made for Round Rock Honey by a builder in San Antonio. Each stand provides both stability and 4-point protection from crawling pests with a built-in oil reservoir threaded onto each leg preventing ants and other small insects from climbing up and entering your hive.
Stands are constructed of 14 gauge, 1.5" square steel tubing. Designed to hold 2 hives but has the ability for 3 hives with minimal spacing. The stands are 18.5" high making hive work easier on your back for both harvesting honey or just conducting inspections. Each stand is comes finished with 2 coats of black industrial enamel paint and will provide many years of rust free use.
